JREM, a family company founded in 1998. Rene Maalihan sits as President and Elenita Maalihan as Vice President: Justin Maalihan, their only son, as Executive Director.
JREM business includes, among many others, ballroom dance instruction, events coordination, running Friday dance for ballroom dance enthusiasts, DJ services and distributor of FREEDS, quality ballroom dance shoes imported from England.
They have been organizing dance events for the international ballroom community in which they invite world class professional ballroom dancers from Europe, USA and Canada to do shows.
Elenita and Rene have produced several concerts featuring some of the top Filipino artists such as Lani Misalucha and Society of Seven, one in 2006 and the other in 2008. In September 2008 it also sponsored the sold out show “The Main Event”: Duet of the Divas – Lani Misalucha and Regine Velasquez at the Roy Thompson Hall in Toronto. Lani Misalucha and Vice Ganda in November 2010. AS1 Part 1 and 2 of Gary V. and Martin Nievera in 2009 and 2011 and many more.
